Section 1:  The Order Process


Will I get confirmation of my order?
As soon as we receive your order, we'll send out confirmation to your email address, this just means we've received your order in our system and we've pre-authorised your payment method ready for your purchase.

I placed my order but did not receive a confirmation email. Why?
If you recently placed your order and didn't immediately receive a confirmation email from us, then there might be a few issues we can look into: 

  1. Our emails might be going to your junk or spam folder
  2. There might have been a misspelling when you entered your email address during checkout
  3. Your email server has very strong spam filters and is identifying our emails as spam so the emails aren't going through.


To be on the safe side, we encourage our customers to provide an alternate email to info@elitesafes.co.uk

What happens after I receive my order confirmation?
We check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your item(s) are available and can be despatched as soon as possible. If your item(s) are available for shipping (within 5 business days), we'll process the charges and prepare to ship your order. 
In the event that your item(s) are unavailable for immediate despatch, we remove the pre-authorisation from your payment method and reach out to you via email or telephone.

Why do you need my phone number?
Some of our deliveries our couriers require a contact number to ensure a smooth delivery of your order. We won't give to anyone else, it’s kept private and confidential. Plus if there's any issues with your order we can contact you quickly and easily.

Is it safe to buy online through your website?
Absolutely. Elite Watch Winders and Safes strives to provide our customers a safe and smooth customer experience. This site uses SSL encryption technology that so that you never have to worry about credit card safety.

Where Is My Order?

We aim to deliver all our products as soon as possible; some items are delivered directly from our own warehouse and some are delivered by 3rd party suppliers.

Our typical delivery lead-times are outlined in the delivery section (tab) of each product or on our Delivery Information page. If your item has not been delivered within this lead-time then please contact us on 0161 612 5099 (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri) or by using our on-line contact us page contact us.

 

Section 2: Promotions

At Elite Watch Winders and Safes we regularly run a variety of promotions throughout the year. Please note, that any displayed product price is the price BEFORE the promotional discount code is applied. 

When is the discount applied?

You will have the opportunity to apply your discount code at the final payment screen (i.e. after Contact, Delivery and Shipping Information screens) where your final discounted price to pay will be displayed.

How do I get my promotion code?

Google ads - If you have seen our promotion via a Google Ad (e.g. 10% OFF) ensure you click the Google Special Offer link - You will then receive a pop up screen which will display your unique discount code. Press the Continue to Site button to be directed to the product page. Note any displayed price is the price BEFORE the promotional discount code is applied.

Newsletter Promotion - Sign up to get your Discount Code - As part of the sign up process you will receive a confirmation email - please click to confirm your wish to subscribe and you will then receive a welcome email with your discount code.

Please note that you discount code cannot be used with any other promotion.
